HyperNatt operates as a non-custodial Decentralized Managed Account (DMA) on Hyperliquid (HyperCore / HyperEVM). Unlike centralized intermediaries or traditional brokers, HyperNatt enables pure execution delegation: your capital stays in USDC in the ERC-4626 vault, your shares stay in your own wallet and only you can withdraw, 24/7, while the algorithmic engine executes the strategy directly on the decentralized orderbook without intermediaries.

Closed Beta & Horizon 2030 (100 Keys Maximum)

In adherence to scientific rigor and absolute legal protection for the project, its founder, and the HyperNatt Foundation, exposure of real capital is strictly gated: participation in the trading Vault is subject to a Closed Beta restricted to a strict ceiling of 100 access keys worldwide (including the founder). This closed phase establishes the necessary foundation to validate usability, technical robustness, and real-market user experience towards Horizon 2030.

Universal Public Access & Total Transparency

The beta key only filters capital allocation to the Vault. Everything else across the HyperNatt ecosystem is 100% open without any key for anyone worldwide: NattSwap, the live public Dry Run dashboard (/v2dry), and the cryptographic Proof of Process audit ledger (/audit).

Community Solidarity (HyperNatt Foundation)

Inspired by the traditional African Tontine, prosperity must be shared. The HyperNatt Foundation directly finances food and healthcare assistance for vulnerable families in Senegal (official on-chain address: 0xBcdd7170A5636Ca0BF8d5167C6c8006fbd8CDca5), funded by voluntary micro-contributions on tips and 5% of the founder's personal net profits.

Prerequisites & Wallet Selection

• Recommended Wallet: Download and install Trust Wallet (Download Trust Wallet). HyperNatt has been specifically optimized and tested 100% on Trust Wallet. (MetaMask, Rabby, and WalletConnect are also supported).
• Essential Mobile Rule (Worldwide): On Android, HyperNatt installs and runs smoothly as a Progressive Web App (PWA) via Chrome. On iPhone (iOS), due to Apple restrictions on Safari and PWAs, you must open hypernatt.com inside Trust Wallet's in-app browser (dApp browser) to connect your wallet and sign transactions reliably.
• Funds on the Arbitrum network (USDC or ETH) swappable in one click to HyperEVM via cross-chain NattSwap.
• A small reserve of native HYPE tokens on HyperEVM for gas (easily acquired via NattSwap, see Fiat Gateways guide below).
• A stable internet connection.

Step 1: Download, Secure, and Connect Trust Wallet

• 1. Official Trust Wallet Download: If you don't already have a wallet, start by installing the official application via the direct secure link (https://trustwallet.com/download) on the App Store or Google Play. Warning: Never use sponsored ad links or applications received via private message.
• 2. Backup and Retrieve Your 12 Words (Secret Phrase): When creating your wallet, strictly write down your 12 words in order on physical paper. If you need to retrieve your 12 words at any time in the app:
  • Tap the blue wallet icon at the top left.
  • In your wallet list, tap the three dots (⋮) to the right of your wallet.
  • Select "Secret Phrase Backup".
  • Tap "Manual" to display your 12 words.
  Golden Rule: Keep this paper secure. No photos, no emails: never give these 12 words to anyone, not even the HyperNatt team.
• 3. Open HyperNatt inside Trust Wallet's In-App Browser (Required on iPhone & Recommended on Mobile):
  • At the bottom right of Trust Wallet, tap the Magnifying Glass (Explore / Search).
  • In the top horizontal menu, tap "dApps".
  • In the search bar at the bottom (labeled "Paste"), type HyperNatt or hypernatt.com and tap Search.
  • Confirm the Google search prompt and click the first official result: https://hypernatt.com.
  • Anti-Phishing Check: Carefully verify the exact URL https://hypernatt.com in the address bar to protect yourself from scam clone sites imitating our branding.
• 4. Secure App Connection:
  • On the HyperNatt homepage, tap "Launch App".
  • At the top right of the screen, tap the wallet icon ("Connect Wallet").
  • Select Trust Wallet from the list.
  • Select EVM Network (Ethereum / HyperEVM compatible) and approve the prompt: your wallet is connected and ready!

Step 2: Participate According to Your Status (Vault with Key or Open NattSwap)

The HyperNatt ecosystem provides two paths depending on whether you hold a beta key:

• Vault, with a beta key: you deposit USDC on HyperEVM and receive Natt-USDC shares; the Remora engine trades for the vault. Deposits are closed while the vault is being prepared. Every step is in the “Deposits and withdrawals” section.
• NattSwap, no key: swap tokens on HyperEVM and 20+ networks, open to everyone. During the beta, no $NATT is issued or distributed.

Step 3: Monitor and Supervise in Real Time

Whether you are a Vault depositor or an observer, you can track Remora Engine activity live on the Dashboard, observe the public Dry Run (/v2dry), or inspect the mathematical audit ledger (/audit). Total mathematical transparency.

Your agents have their own entry point. Liquidation radar, Hyperliquid execution context and cross-chain swaps via MCP, with per-call x402 payments. 4 tools · v2.9.1.

The 4 tools

One free call per paid tool and supported token per UTC day: radar for 7 tokens and liquidity context for BTC/ETH, up to 9 independent trials. Read get_agent_manifest on the same MCP connection for remaining trials. Then 0.001 USDC per call.

Before, between checks and after execution

Start with get_agent_manifest and choose journeys_v1 by intent. Radar covers seven tokens. Native depth is BTC and ETH only. Each paid call costs 0.001 USDC. These tools submit no orders.

Pricing

• After the free trial, the radar and the three execution-context tools each cost 0.001 USDC per call via x402 on Base or Solana.
• get_agent_manifest is always free. swap_via_nattswap is free at the MCP layer (you sign your own tx).
• Heavy use: swap-earned quota or a $5/mo Agent Pass (~15,000 credits).

Verify before you pay

The HyperNatt vault is an ERC-4626 contract on HyperEVM (chain 999) that holds USDC. There are three ways to deposit and withdraw, and all of them act on this same contract: the Play and Eject buttons on the dashboard, the Deposit and Withdraw buttons on the Vault page, and the smart contract itself on HyperEVMScan. The result is always the same: Natt-USDC shares in your own wallet, non-transferable.

Before your first deposit: activate your beta key (once)

• Hold USDC on HyperEVM (chain 999) and a little HYPE for network fees. NattSwap can bring them from other networks.
• Connect your wallet, then press Play (or Deposit on the Vault page).
• Sign the login message (“Check my access”): it is not a transaction and no funds move.
• Enter your beta key, then Activate my key. The key is bound to this wallet for good: check the address before confirming.
• Press Confirm my admission: one registration transaction, network fees only, no deposit is made.
• The “Access activated” screen confirms your seat among the 100. You will not need your key again.

Way 1 — In the app: Play to deposit, Eject to withdraw

• Play, the green button under Natt's chart, opens the deposit window. Choose the amount in USDC (minimum 5 USDC, quick amounts or maximum balance), check the estimated shares, then Deposit and Confirm Deposit. Your wallet asks for one or two signatures: the USDC approval, only if it is missing, then the deposit. You receive your Natt-USDC shares: you are part of the vault, and the Remora engine trades for the vault, and so for you, in proportion to your shares.
• Eject, to the right of Play, becomes active once you hold shares. Enter an amount in USDC, or choose 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% or MAX. A partial withdrawal leaves your other shares working in the vault; 100% or MAX redeems all your shares and takes you out of the vault. One transaction, no queue: the USDC lands in your wallet on HyperEVM.

Way 2 — Vault page: Deposit and Withdraw buttons

On the Vault page, Deposit and Withdraw open exactly the same windows as Play and Eject: same beta activation, same checks, same signatures. The page also shows the vault's assets, the value of your shares, the trade and deposit history, and the “via smart contract” guide.

Way 3 — Directly through the smart contract (HyperEVMScan)

For advanced users, or if the site is unavailable. The contract's rules apply as they are: to deposit, your wallet must be admitted and deposits open; you can only act for your own address; shares cannot be transferred. USDC uses 6 decimals: 50 USDC is written 50000000. This access does not guarantee repayment of your capital.

Depositing through the contract

• On the vault, Read Contract tab: maxDeposit(your address) must be above 0; otherwise deposits are closed or your wallet is not admitted. previewDeposit(assets) shows the expected shares.
• On the USDC contract, Write Contract tab, connect your wallet and call approve(spender = vault address, amount = amount in raw units).
• Back on the vault, Write Contract tab: deposit(assets = the same raw amount, receiver = your address).

Withdrawing through the contract

• On the vault, Read Contract tab: read maxRedeem(your address) and maxWithdraw(your address), then previewRedeem(shares) or previewWithdraw(assets). The amount may be lower than your deposits.
• To withdraw shares, all or part: redeem(shares, receiver = your address, owner = your address), with shares in raw units, never above maxRedeem.
• To withdraw an exact amount: withdraw(assets, receiver = your address, owner = your address), with the USDC amount in raw units, never above maxWithdraw. The “via smart contract” guide on the Vault page shows your raw shares and converts a USDC amount into exact units.

Key points

• Minimum deposit in the app: 5 USDC.
• Withdrawal: 0 HyperNatt fee, only network fees in HYPE.
• The fee only applies to new net profits above the High Water Mark, never to losses.
• Withdrawals never require a beta key; they are only limited by the vault's available liquidity (maxWithdraw, maxRedeem).

NattSwap is HyperNatt's decentralized exchange engine, combining a native HyperEVM router with a cross-chain aggregator powered by Li.Fi. NattSwap is 100% universal and open to everyone, with zero beta key restriction.

What Makes It Unique

• Open Global Access: No beta key filter. Any user or autonomous AI agent can swap tokens immediately.
• Cross-Chain & Multi-Token: Bridge and swap across 20+ blockchains (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana, Polygon, etc.) into HyperEVM in a single seamless transaction.
• Transparent Uniform Fee: 0.25% (25 bps) protocol fee per swap, real-time quotes, and guaranteed minimum received.
• No $NATT tokens were pre-mined for the founder or early testers. During beta, there is no NATT issuance or reward: vault trades, swaps and top-ups await the same public launch. Beta activity creates no retroactive credit.

Absolute $NATT Parity (Zero Pre-Mine, Zero Insider Privilege)

To guarantee complete equity across the community:

• No $NATT tokens were pre-mined for the founder or early testers. During beta, there is no NATT issuance or reward: vault trades, swaps and top-ups await the same public launch. Beta activity creates no retroactive credit.
• The general principles approved on 28 September 2026 remain unchanged. Decision of 2 October 2026: NATT issuance and rewards from the vault, NattSwap and RedotPay top-ups remain disabled throughout the beta. They will launch together when the vault opens publicly, after parameters are approved and published. No initial coefficient or bonus has yet been decided.
• Strict Hard Cap: $NATT is permanently capped at 21,000,000 tokens on HyperEVM (18 decimals).

How to Swap on NattSwap

• Navigate to the Swap tab in the application.
• In the "From" field: select your source chain and token, then enter the amount.
• In the "To" field: choose your destination token on HyperEVM (e.g. USDC or HYPE).
• Review the instant quote showing exact rate, estimated time, and gas cost.
• Click "Swap" and sign the transaction in your wallet.

NattChat is your personal assistant: participation account, PnL, available history and public vault performance. Global vault positions are not individual positions. The engine’s private strategy is inaccessible.

Your conversation and the personal facts you choose to share are stored for your wallet across devices. You can correct a fact or request that it be forgotten. Never share a recovery phrase or private key.

Ask for web research. Natt reads public pages and cites the links read and consultation date. Sources may be blocked or incomplete; Natt must say so. A search result alone does not prove a page’s content.

Browser dictation depends on your phone and browser. Remote transcription and spoken replies remain disabled until their free availability is verified. Buttons reflect the capabilities actually available.

Image and PDF analysis is currently unavailable in NattChat. Image and voice-message sharing remains available in private messages between friends.

For NattShield, enter your actual tax residence: it is stored for your wallet. Natt can explain available activity and official sources. Incomplete coverage cannot establish exact tax liability or freely spendable funds.

The Community tab is a global chatroom where all HYPERNATT users can talk to each other in real-time. The unique feature: instant automatic translation.

Instant Translation — How Everyone Understands Each Other

Messages are automatically translated into your language. If a French user writes "Bonjour, comment ça va ?", an English user will see the English translation directly in the chat bubble. A small flag icon next to the sender's name shows the original language.

• Translation is automatic: You don't need to click anything. Every message appears in your language.
• Fast: Translations are cached locally so repeated messages load instantly.
• 8 languages supported: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Russian, Japanese, Chinese.

Chat Features

• Voice Input: Click the microphone to dictate your message instead of typing.
• Image Sharing: Upload and share images (max 5 MB) directly in chat.
• Reactions: Hover over any message to react (like, heart, laugh, fire, sad).
• Reply Threads: Reply to specific messages to keep conversations organized.
• Send Tips: Hover a message and click the banknote icon to send a tip to that user (see Tips section).

Your Profile

Before joining the community chat, you set up a profile with a display name and avatar. You can update these anytime by clicking the settings icon in the chat header.

Community Rules

The DMs tab is your private space. Add friends, chat one-on-one, send voice messages, share images, and send tips — all private and encrypted between you and your friend.

How to Add a Friend

• Go to the Friends & DMs section.
• Click the "Add" button to view the list of currently online users.
• Click on a user from the list to send a friend request.
• The user must approve the request before you can chat.

Managing Friend Requests

• A red badge on the DMs tab indicates pending friend requests.
• Open the DMs tab to see incoming requests. You can Accept or Reject each one.
• You can also remove an existing friend at any time.

Private Chat Features

• All the same features as community chat: text, images, voice messages, emoji reactions, reply threads.
• Voice Recordings: Record and send audio messages (hold to record, release to send).
• Send USDC: Send USDC by clicking the dollar ($) button directly from the conversation (see Tips section).
• Online Status: A green dot shows when your friend is online. "Last seen" shows their last activity.
• Notifications: Sound alerts when you receive a new private message, even when you're on a different tab.

HYPERNATT includes an integrated USDC transfer system in private direct messages (DM). Send USDC instantly and securely to your friends directly from your private chat.

How to Send USDC

• Open a private conversation (DM) with your friend.
• Click the $ icon "Send USDC".
• Enter the desired amount in USDC.
• Add an optional message.
• Review the confirmation screen (5-second countdown bar with Cancel option).
• Confirm the transaction in your wallet on HyperEVM. Your friend receives 100% of the amount!

The Remora Philosophy (Market Maker vs Remora)

In derivatives markets, Market Makers hunt retail liquidity (stops, liquidations). The Remora Engine is named after the remora fish, which attaches itself to the shark to ride in its wake without fighting its raw strength. The engine detects institutional absorption on the L2 orderbook and only takes positions in the direction of dominant institutional flow.

The HyperNatt vault is built on the official ERC-4626 Tokenized Vault Standard on HyperEVM (Chain 999). When you deposit USDC into the Vault (under beta key), the smart contract mints tokenized Natt-USDC shares directly to your wallet. These shares represent your decentralized, on-chain auditable certificate of ownership.

100% Non-Custodial Architecture (Zero Custody of Funds)

HyperNatt enforces strict non-custodial principles: we never hold or touch your funds. Your USDC remains locked in the verified ERC-4626 smart contract on HyperEVM. The trading engine executes orders on HyperCore with restricted agent permissions and possesses zero withdrawal rights to external addresses.

Withdrawal Doctrine: The Tree and the Fruit

• Partial withdrawal: you take out the amount you want and your remaining shares keep working in the vault.
• Full withdrawal: all your shares are redeemed and you leave the vault.
• The three ways to withdraw (Eject, Vault page, smart contract) are detailed in the “Deposits and withdrawals” section.

USDC Staking Pool — Real Dividends for $NATT Holders

The Staking Pool is the heart of HyperNatt's community revenue sharing on HyperEVM (official contract: 0xcac52c63b85d6466dbccb5854115126bf26ade14). It is open to all holders of $NATT tokens. After the public launch of the NATT programme, holders will be able to stake tokens in the HyperEVM Staking Pool under its admission conditions. USDC rewards will depend on revenue actually allocated to the pool, including vault performance fees (20% without a referrer, 18% with a referrer). A deployed pool contract proves neither funding nor a guaranteed yield. During beta, swaps and top-ups provide no NATT to stake.

• Real USDC Dividends: Unlike conventional DeFi farming pools that issue inflationary tokens minted out of thin air, HyperNatt's Staking Pool distributes real USDC dividends.
• After the public launch of the NATT programme, holders will be able to stake tokens in the HyperEVM Staking Pool under its admission conditions. USDC rewards will depend on revenue actually allocated to the pool, including vault performance fees (20% without a referrer, 18% with a referrer). A deployed pool contract proves neither funding nor a guaranteed yield. During beta, swaps and top-ups provide no NATT to stake.
• 100% Non-Custodial Freedom: Depositing $NATT, unstaking $NATT, and claiming USDC dividends are three separate, voluntary actions with zero forced lockup.

Daily Withdrawal vs Emergency On-Chain Exit

NattShield gathers your available transactions into an activity file and an annual report.

How It Works

• Country: check your tax residence. The browser language suggests a country; it does not establish your tax residence.
• Estimates: tax calculations are being assessed. An amount displayed as 0.00* does not mean a tax exemption.
• PDF report: review the available transactions for the selected year. This factual document does not file a tax return or pay tax.
• Years: the current year opens automatically. Select an earlier year under Documents; recorded transactions remain available even without a reported filing status. Historical reports use UTC calendar years.
• Responsibility: you make the filings and payments required by law. No filing or payment status is required to use HyperNatt or move to the next year. Changing years does not file a return or settle tax.

Sources reviewed on 30 September 2026. These are identified tax regimes, not one rate for all your transactions. Residence, income category and tax year matter.

NattSwap defaults to HYPE → USDC on HyperEVM. To arrive from Arbitrum, choose ETH Arbitrum → HYPE HyperEVM, then HYPE → USDC; or a supported Arbitrum USDC route, with ETH for source gas and HYPE available at destination. The 95% button does not guarantee that the remaining 5% covers gas.

Top up RedotPay

In RedotPay: Deposit → USDC → Arbitrum. Copy the displayed address, not a card number. Check that this network is available for your account. Also check the minimum deposit shown in your RedotPay account.

Choose your Arbitrum USDC deposit address in RedotPay. In HyperNatt, use the blue card button, choose a saved address and enter an amount or 25%, 50%, Max. Press Send, verify the amount, destination and fees, then confirm the financial transfer in your wallet. RedotPay must receive at least 1 USDC after fees; sending exactly 1 USDC can be insufficient. Keep HYPE for gas. A confirmed delivery is not proof of card credit.

Keep HYPE on HyperEVM for approval and sending. Gas is separate from the USDC amount.

Saved addresses synchronize automatically between mobile and desktop for the same authenticated wallet. Adding or editing a favorite is not a blockchain transaction and needs no additional wallet signature when the application session is valid. No card number or identity document is stored. Transfer tracking remains separate from the saved address book.

Share HYPERNATT with your community and unlock equitable performance sharing. Your unique referral link and code are generated automatically from your connected wallet on HyperEVM.

How Rewards Work

• Instant activation via direct link: no manual code entry required. When your guest clicks your link https://hypernatt.com/r/YOUR_CODE, their wallet is automatically and permanently linked to your referral upon first connection.
• The Vault applies a standard 20% performance fee only on new net profits above the High Water Mark (0% on losses).
• With statutory referral (82-2-16), your referee benefits from a reduced fee of 18% instead of 20% (keeping 82% of net profits).
• As a referrer, you receive 2% on each net profit of your referee (i.e. 2 USDC per 100 USDC net profit).
• Split order: referrer (2%), then HyperNatt Foundation (5% of the remainder), then the founder share, 10% of which goes to the co-founder. The USDC Staking Pool and $NATT stay inactive during the beta.
• The referral bond is transparently and immutably sealed upon wallet confirmation.

Claiming Your Rewards

• Referral USDC rewards are directly claimable from your dashboard.
• Minimum claim amount: 1 USDC.
• Payout is executed in USDC directly to your wallet on HyperEVM.
• Accrued rights are guaranteed and on-chain verifiable without expiration.

HYPERNATT is architected to run as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on Android and desktop. On iPhone (iOS), the experience is designed around Trust Wallet's integrated browser.

How to Install & Use by Device

• iPhone / iPad (iOS) — Required Trust Wallet In-App Browser: Due to strict Apple restrictions on Safari and PWAs regarding Web3 wallet connections, adding HyperNatt to the iOS home screen will not reliably connect with your wallet. To use HyperNatt on iPhone, you must open the app inside Trust Wallet's built-in browser (open Trust Wallet → tap "Browser" at the bottom → enter hypernatt.com).
• Android — Seamless Native PWA: Open hypernatt.com in Chrome → tap the three-dot menu (⋮) → select "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen". The app installs instantly with native-level performance and full notification support.
• Desktop (PC / Mac): Open hypernatt.com in Chrome, Brave, or Edge → click the install icon in the address bar to install the dedicated desktop PWA.

Notifications

• Push Notifications: Enable browser notifications to get alerts for new trades, messages, and important events.
• Telegram Bot: Link your account to @hypernatt_bot for mobile alerts even when the app is closed.
• Sound Alerts: The app plays distinct sounds for new chat messages, friend requests, and other events.

HyperNatt enforces complete mathematical transparency. No hidden charges, no deceptive token models.

How the fee is split

Every fee received is split in this order, from the first beta trade; the same dollar can never fund two obligations:

• 1. Referral: 2% of the referee's net gain goes to the referrer, taken first from the referee's reduced 18% fee.
• 2. HyperNatt Foundation: 5% of the remaining fee, dedicated to humanitarian and health work in Senegal. The Foundation also receives the contribution on tips.
• 3. Founder share: the rest. The co-founder statutorily receives 10% of it.
• 4. USDC Staking Pool: inactive during the beta, like the $NATT token. It will only be funded after the public announcement of the NATT programme; until then, its share stays with the founder share.

Security is the foundation of HYPERNATT. Here's how your funds are protected.

Non-Custodial Model

HYPERNATT never holds your private keys. Your funds are managed by Hyperliquid's decentralized infrastructure on HyperEVM. You retain full ownership at all times.

On-Chain Transparency

• Every trade is recorded on-chain and can be verified independently.
• The vault's share value and total assets are publicly readable on-chain on HyperEVM (ERC-4626 contract, verifiable on HyperEVMScan).
• Deposits and withdrawals are executed directly on the public blockchain.

Why the Code is Private
